Anisha Desai Fraser has been a thriving Acupuncturist, Qi Gong energy healer and Yoga teacher for over 20 years. She is passionate about offering healing, empowerment and transformation to others through many avenues.

In 2004 she met world renowned Qi Gong Master Ou Wen Wei.  Through her dedication and bond with Master Ou, she completed Pangu Mystical Qi Gong Moving Form and Nonmoving teacher training and traveled with Master Ou throughout the United States, learning and teaching in China, Hong Kong, Peru, Japan, Indonesia, Italy, Czech Republic and Macau.

In 2011, with deep love and experience of both Yoga and Qi Gong, Anisha approached Master Ou with an inspiration to combine the benefits of Yoga and its original Divine intent with Pangu Mystical Qi Gong, into a comprehensive fusion of the two.  Together she and Master Ou created what is now known as Pangu Yoga.  She has since authored a portion of a web-based alternative textbook for Yoga I and II classes for NC State University, and has produced her own Pangu Yoga instructional Online Stream video.

Anisha continues to offer acupuncture, yoga classes, remote sessions, workshops and wellness retreats in NC, around the US and abroad.

She uses her own life experience and spiritual practices to encourage, hold space and deepen the practice of her students.  She offers this vibrant mountain town her contribution and commitment to quality, beauty and substance.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE

Anisha was born in Melbourne, Australia to Indian parents and moved to North Carolina at age 10.  Since graduating from Appalachian State University in 2002, she felt a magnetic pull towards the Blue Ridge Mountains, finding her way back time and again to the place her soul feels anchored.

Her favorite past times are traveling, diving, writing, and photography. She loves to play and immerse in nature as often as she can, hiking, kayaking and swimming outdoors.

Anisha is an avid world explorer and gypsy at heart. Her bohemian spirit seeks truth, kindness and beauty through personal growth, heart cultivation and evolution.

Her most memorable trips are to Japan, Indonesia, Ghana, Brazil, Macau, India, China, Roatan, Costa Rica, and Morocco. Her adventures are as much about learning, cultural immersion, and broadening perspectives, as they are about spontaneous joy and relaxation. Her spirited wanderlust takes her all over the globe, finding her way back to her soulmate and sweet pup Jade.
