PLEASE NOTE: It is required that students have either practiced Pangu Yoga on their own or attended a previous Pangu Yoga workshop before attending this class.
Students will have the opportunity to dive deeper during this practice session led by Anisha, with less details and verbal cues. The intention is to allow students to travel through the energetic and spiritual layers available within the powerful journey of Pangu Yoga, to establish connection and communication within one’s heart and soul, and to receive Divine inspiration and insight.
