Weekly Yoga
Gentle Restorative Yoga is a restful, opening and rejuvenating class that leads you through slow, gentle and therapeutic postures, breath-work, mindfulness practices, and soul nourishment. The entire class is on the floor (on your back, seated, hands & knees, or on your belly). Modifications are offered throughout the practice making this accessible for most people.. This class is for everyone whether you’re needing a break from your day, recovering from an injury, or needing to introvert.

I attended your BM Restorative Yoga class on Wednesday and you ended with a supine piriformis opener with crossed legs and a focus on separating the shins and keeping them lifted. Even though I've studied anatomy and used to teach therapeutic yoga a long time ago, this was new for me. I wanted the thank you! This pose has touched something in my glut region that I had been unsuccessful in truly releasing for months now.
