November’s theme: A Doorway to Gratitude
How do we find gratitude when everything feels wrong?
Finding Gratitude in a given moment can mean the difference between peace and stress, yet it can’t be forced.
Life’s struggles can become incredible paths of growth. A shift in perspective and attention can transform moments of overwhelm, pain and grief to moments of reinvention, illuminating beauty and appreciation in new and unseen ways.
Using Pangu yoga and meditation, journaling, and contemplation, Anisha will provide tools to reframe perspectives and transform pain through courageous and spacious presence, inviting the opportunity to touch into that soul-twinkling gratitude, moment to precious moment.
Participants should bring a journal or notebook, and something to write with.
Cost: $35
“I've been relishing the ongoing resonance from the most moving and meaningful yoga class I have ever experienced. Thank you for sharing your gifts and beauty of spirit with us. Aly is pretty new to yoga, having only taken a couple classes several years ago, and he said that your warm and strong leadership built within him a strong sense of trust. He said that your guidance instilled a calm confidence; he knew instinctively that by listening to you he would end up in the right postures. He felt fully supported. And for me - your spoken meditations on love, gratitude, and the nature of the universe...the soft gentleness of the moon, thanks given to the different nations of life, the passion for striking inspiration in the heart's of others...these were some of the most beautiful and true messages I've ever received, life-affirming and deeply nourishing to me. Being in your presence and immersed in the practice you've cultivated and so skillfully, lovingly share - made a great difference for us. I want to express my gratitude to you. “

”Every time I go to Anisha’s Pangu workshop I have an intense transformational experience. The yoga is not difficult, but the infusion of Qi Gong into the practice intensifies it to the degree that I tend to need a few days afterwards to process everything. The end result is always an elevation of myself to a different, better place in my personality. Anisha is a gentle, intuitive guide who has a powerful ability to hold and conduct energy. She is always light and funny and the workshops are never somber, in spite of their undeniable depth. I would recommend these workshops to yogis of any level of physical ability who are ready to get deep work done in their lives. “
